Stokley Property Management’s investment services support investors through every step of the property acquisition process. We represent and advise clients throughout Southeastern North Carolina on the purchase of single-family homes and multi-family properties.
Timely and accurate financial reporting is a priority at Stokley Property Management. Detailed reports, including descriptive narratives, are provided by the 15th of each month, giving investors a clear view of their property's performance. Security deposits are held in a designated trust account and disbursed in accordance with lease terms at the end of the tenancy. Rental income is distributed by the 15th of each month via check or direct ACH deposit. All work orders and receipts are documented and kept on file throughout the year, with original receipts securely retained by our office. Property owners have access to accounting reports 24 hours a day through their designated online owner portal.
Inspections are a vital component of the management process at Stokley Property Management. We conduct drive-by inspections to monitor the exterior condition of each property. Detailed interior inspections are also available upon request for a nominal fee. Comprehensive move-in and move-out inspections are performed to document the property's condition, protect your investment, and ensure appropriate deductions are made from security deposits when necessary.
