Property Management Begins with Respect

Keeping tenants informed is a key ingredient to managing a successful property management company. Preventive maintenance, termite inspections, annual walkthroughs, and seasonal changes are all important issues that must be communicated to the tenant.
Repairs are handled promptly by proven venders. If the tenant can not be home at the time of repair, a representative from Stokley Property Management will be there instead. Pet policy defers with each individual property, and will be discussed on a case by case basis. You may submit your pet for owner pre-approval before applying for property. Pet approval requests should include brief description of pet (including breed) with a pet photo if possible. Email Our Office
Rent is due on the first of every month, and is late at the end of the business day (5:00 pm) on the fifth. A late fee will be assessed on the sixth day of the month.

Security Deposit Return
Security deposits are paid in advanced and held in a trust account as a guarantee to ensure the tenant’s performance under the lease. The amount of security deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent unless noted on the specific property. The security deposit can not be applied to the last month’s rent. If the tenant fulfills all obligations of the lease, the security deposit must be returned in a reasonable amount of time after the tenant moves.
